Don't shop here.

I have returned a watch twice under guarantee. On both occasions I was treated rudely by this woman assistant and made to feel that I had caused the fault. On this last occasion she told me that she would not honour the guarantee because I refused to give her my receipt (my only proof of purchase); and she refused my offer to have it photocopied. Only after I threatened the shop with court action did she take the watch in- and then accused me of being aggressive! It is unbelieveable that in these hard times a shop assistant argued with a customer.This woman should learn that you cannot win such an argument. I will never buy from here again and I will tell everyone I can of my dreadful experience. The sooner these people are weeded out, the better.
