Koi Carp Pond

Due to circumstances we were in a position where we had to move some mature koi from one property to another. From the start Tom was extremely helpful and sympathetic. He visited both properties quickly and exactly when he said he would. He explained it was feasible for a pond to be built in our (quite small) garden with no problems at all. He listened to all our concerns and worries for the fishes welfare (as it was winter) and put our minds completely at rest, explaining how they would be transported, and put in a "pop up" pond until after the build. Tom proved very knowledgeable, he gave his thoughts and recommendations but also listened to what we had in mind and our ideas. Tom and his colleague Dan worked extremely hard and were totally professional while they were carrying out the pond build, covering the lawn, and leaving everything neat and tidy at the end. I would definitely recommend TMW Pond Services. Im over the moon with my new pond. And so are the fish!
